Fagel's deployment to disasters and emergencies/ incidents world wide have included: 

• Oklahoma City Bombing in 1995
• World Trade Center Attacks in 2001
• Numerous Hurricanes, Flood, Tornadoes and natural disasters

Fagel provided planning, training, support, and logistics to venues including events such as the 1996 and 2002 Olympics, as well as to federal, state and local agencies world wide.   He has served on the advance team while at FEMA, as well as jurisdictions and organizations utilizing support services throughout the response and recovery process.
